Job Description

Asst / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Southampton

Formed 25 years ago, this small but busy Quantity Surveying Practice has extensive project experience in a wide range of sectors, including Education, Leisure, Data Centres, Retail, Workspaces, Health, Nuclear and National Infrastructure.

They are looking to recruit an ambitious Asst / Intermediate QS to join the company based in central Southampton. Qualifications are not essential as they can offer a 5-year BSc Quantity Surveyor Apprenticeship attending university on a day-release basis whilst working to gain real on-the-job experience and mentoring. You will need to have practical experience working in a commercial environment as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a few years and looking to progress your career working with a variety of clients in the construction industry, within a Consultancy.

Salary c£30k/£40k depending on experience. There are discretionary and company bonuses available, along with 25 days holidays plus bank holidays and after probation health, pension
