Salary: £26,963 - £27,863 (pro rata), equivalent to SCP16-SCP18 FTE £30,518 - £31,537
A forward-thinking secondary school in Salford is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Attendance & Cover Manager to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

Role Overview
As the Attendance & Cover Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining excellent levels of attendance, supporting safeguarding processes, and ensuring effective daily cover arrangements across the school. You will:
Lead and oversee the school's attendance team
Line manage Cover Supervisors
Implement attendance and punctuality policies
Identify and support students with attendance concerns
Work collaboratively with external agencies as part of safeguarding processes
Maintain accurate case notes and prepare documentation for potential legal proceedings
