An inclusive secondary school in Hounslow is looking for a committed and personable Attendance Officer to support their student services team. Key Responsibilities:
Track student attendance and highlight trends to senior leaders
Follow up on absences and liaise with families regularly
Work alongside the safeguarding and pastoral teams
Input and manage data using the school's MIS system

Previous admin or school experience (desirable)
