We are seeking an experienced Attendance Officer to join the dedicated school office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous school office experience, excellent knowledge of school systems, and a passion for supporting student attendance and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage student attendance records accurately.
Work closely with staff, students, and families to promote good attendance.
Support the school office team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Contribute to building a positive, collaborative school culture.
Adapt to the ethos of the school and support students with SEN.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience working in a school office environment.
Strong understanding of school attendance systems and procedures.
Team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Flexible, adaptable, and able to support the school’s ethos.
Experience working with students with SEN is highly desirable.
