Job Description
With on site parking and a choice of hours to suit you, we are looking for an experienced Audio Typist to accurately transcribe recorded dictations into written documents, ensuring high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm are the office opening hours and part time can be accommodated within these parameters. Salary negotiable DOE.
Key Responsibilities

Listen to audio recordings and transcribe them accurately into text format.

Produce high-quality documents such as letters, reports, memos, and meeting minutes.
*
Proofread and check completed work for grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors.
*
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
*
Prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*
Manage and organize electronic files and correspondence.
*
Communicate effectively with staff and clients to clarify unclear dictation when necessary.
*
Perform general administrative duties as required.
