About the Role
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of corporate Audio Visual solutions who are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join their London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee the delivery of high-end AV installations across commercial environments - from boardrooms and collaboration spaces to large-scale integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities
Manage AV projects from initial concept through to final handover
Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to define scope and expectations
Oversee scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation
Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and quality control checks
Ensure all installations meet technical specifications and industry standards
Provide technical input and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycleCandidate Profile
Proven experience managing AV projects in commercial/corporate environments
Strong technical understanding of AV systems, VC platforms, and control technologies (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Microsoft Teams Rooms)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with project management tools and documentation
