Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audio Visual Event Coordinator to join our Clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, ensuring that each occasion runs smoothly and meets the expectations of our clients. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Duties
* Be responsive to clients and potential clients, ensuring good communication at all times.
* Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, performers & crew.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event.
* Upsell services and products to enhance the overall guest experience.
* Manage event budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
* Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary resources.
* When necessary oversee on-site event execution, ensuring all details are attended to and any issues are resolved promptly.
* Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.
Skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure timely execution of events.
* Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members.
* Experience in audio visual or event management is highly desirable.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
* A background in restaurant or hotel management can be beneficial for understanding client needs.
Requirements:
* Hold a UK drviving Liscense.
