Lead a New AV Venture in Europe
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced AV warehouse and operations professional to take the lead in launching a brand-new branch for a growing UK-based AV rental and production company expanding into mainland Europe.
Based in Ghent, this role offers the chance to build and manage a new facility from the ground up - including warehouse operations, logistics, and team recruitment - while supporting dry-hire services, international projects, and event delivery across the continent.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage a new warehouse operation in Ghent
Handle AV hire enquiries from both local and international clients
Collaborate closely with the UK head office on branch growth and operational standards
Oversee recruitment across technical, logistics, and support functions
Manage logistics and transport coordination across Europe
Ensure high-quality prep, maintenance, and turnaround of professional AV equipment
Support client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in AV warehouse operations or event production logistics
Strong knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and staging equipment
A background in equipment hire, dry-hire, or live events
Experience leading teams or overseeing warehouse and logistics staff
Solid organisational and problem-solving skills
Fluent English (Dutch or French a strong advantage)
Based in or willing to relocate to the Ghent area
