The Firm
A well-established and supportive accountancy practice in Luton, Bedfordshire is looking for an Audit & Accounts Associates to join its growing team. The Role
This is a mixed role, with approximately 60% audit and 40% accounts and tax work, serving a diverse portfolio of SME clients across sectors including property, agriculture, software, and ticketing.
Responsibilities
* Leading audits from planning to completion
* Preparing statutory accounts and corporation tax returns
* Client liaison and relationship management
* Supporting and reviewing junior team members
* Contributing to process improvements and team development

Qualifications:
