A leading independent firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers based in Bingley, West Yorkshire is looking for an Audit & Accounts Manager to join the team.

As Audit & Accounts Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Proactively leading and managing a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors.
Planning, executing and completing audit and accounts assignments in line with regulatory
standards.
Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing training and development support.
Reviewing work and ensuring high-quality deliverables, reporting to directors.
Attending client and prospect client meetings, building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser.
Working alongside the leadership team, liaising with internal departments to provide an
unrivalled client experience.
Managing work in progress and billing including agreement of fees on your portfolio of
engagements.
We’re looking for an Audit & Accounts Manager with:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
Extensive experience in audit & accounts.
Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
A proactive and client-focused approach.
Full UK driving licence.
This is a full-time tole, with a maximum of 2 days per week at home.
