AUDIT MANAGER
This is a brilliant career defining opportunity for an ACCA/ACA qualified Audit Assistant Manager or Manager to step into a top tier National accounting firm and accelerate your career and personal and professional development.
This is a client facing role with the opportunity to establish strong relationships across an extensive portfolio of audit clients in the SME sector.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare, plan, lead, manage and review audits
* Complete complex areas of audit files
* Complete non-routine accounting transactions within audits
* Prepare audit files for RI review
* Train and mentor junior staff
* Improve systems and efficiencies across the board
About you:
* ACA or ACCA qualified
* UK Audit Practice experience and right to work
* Minimum of 2 years PQE at Manager level
* Advanced level of technical knowledge in auditing and accounting standards
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective client relationships
* Collaborative team player
* Pro-active, shows initiative, exercise judgement and take ownership of tasks from start to finish
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
