Job Description
We’re partnering with a highly respected independent accountancy firm with a strong regional presence and an excellent reputation for quality service and staff development. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Audit Senior to join their expanding team. The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking team with a varied client portfolio including owner managed businesses, SMEs and larger corporates across multiple sectors. The firm prides itself on delivering audits that add real commercial value, not just tick boxes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead audits from planning through to completion, managing your own diverse portfolio of clients
* Supervise, mentor and develop junior team members, encouraging best practice and professional growth
* Build trusted client relationships and act as a key contact throughout engagements
* Ensure compliance with relevant accounting, auditing and regulatory standards
* Collaborate closely with Managers and Partners on complex or high profile assignments
About You
* ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in external audit within practice
* Confident leading audits independently and liaising directly with clients
* Strong technical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail
* A proactive communicator with a genuine interest in helping clients succeed
