Key Responsibilities:
* Lead audits from planning to completion
* Build strong relationships with clients, offering real value and advice
* Coach and support junior auditors
* Keep ahead of technical changes and uphold high-quality standards
* Collaborate across departments to deliver joined-up client services
We're Looking For:
* ACA/ACCA part or fully qualified (or QBE with strong audit experience)
* A background in UK external audit
* A great communicator who thrives in a team-focused, fast-growing firm
* Someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and values-driven
