🔍 Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual needs
Use autism-informed approaches to support communication and behaviour
Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and families
Monitor progress and adapt strategies accordingly
Foster a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment✅ Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience working with children with autism
Specialist training in autism education (e.g., TEACCH, PECS, SCERTS)
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
