Raynet Care is looking for Autism-Experienced Support Workers to join our dedicated team. You will play a vital role in delivering person-centred support to individuals with autism, some of whom may have additional needs such as ADHD, sensory sensitivities, or behaviours that challenge.
About the Role
As an Autism-Experienced Support Worker, you will:

Provide consistent, compassionate care and support tailored to individual needs
*
Promote independence, life skills, and positive routines at home and in the community
*
Use autism-informed approaches and communication strategies (e.g., PECS, visual schedules, social stories)
*
Support with personal care, emotional wellbeing, and activities
*
Work closely with families, therapists, and other professionals to achieve shared goals
*
Maintain accurate records and follow personalised care plans
*
Contribute to a safe, structured, and empowering environment
What We’re Looking For
*
Experience supporting autistic individuals, either in a professional or personal setting
*
Understanding of sensory processing differences, communication styles, and positive behaviour support
*
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Flexible and reliable, with strong values around dignity and inclusion
*
NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards) desirable
*
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
