As an Autism Support Worker, you will be supporting pupils with autism and complex needs to help them meet their learning and development goals in a nurturing classroom environment. You will work one-on-one or in small groups, helping students build independence and confidence through engaging, tailored activities. Who We're Looking For We are seeking an Autism Support Worker who: Has experience or strong knowledge of ASD and complex needs Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a calm, engaging manner Is confident working 1:1 and in classroom settings Can build rapport quickly with students and staff Is passionate about helping children with SEN reach their full potential While experience in a similar role is beneficial, it's not essential - the right attitude and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
