Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Holt Automotive is currently recruiting for a skilled Auto Electrician to join a leading team based in North Shields. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual looking to join a stable and growing business offering long-term career prospects and a competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair electrical faults on a wide range of vehicles, including buses and commercial vehicles
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and components
Work with various vehicle systems including lighting, alarms, immobilisers, CCTV, and telematics
Use diagnostic tools and schematics to troubleshoot faults
Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality
Complete relevant documentation accuratelyRequirements:
Proven experience as an Auto Electrician, ideally in the PSV or commercial vehicle sector
Relevant qualifications in Auto Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A valid UK driving licence (preferred)What We Offer:
