Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Auto Electrical Supervisor to lead our team of electricians working on bus electrical installations.
You will oversee day-to-day workshop activities, ensuring all electrical installation work on buses is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of auto electricians installing electrical systems and components on buses.
Plan daily workloads, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
Provide hands-on technical assistance and quality checks.
Interpret wiring diagrams and ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations.
Liaise with engineering, quality, and management teams to resolve technical issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, materials used, and staff performance.
Communicate effectively in French and English with team members, clients, and suppliers.
Skills & Experience Required
Recognised qualification in Auto Electrical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven supervisory or team leader experience in a vehicle or bus manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, diagnostics, and installation.
Fluent in French; good command of English required.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
