The Role
As a Service & Maintenance Engineer, you'll carry out servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on automated gates, barriers, and access control systems across the South East and South London.
You'll work independently and as part of a team, ensuring all systems are safe, compliant, and performing at their best.
Key Responsibilities
Service, maintain, and repair automated gates, barriers, and access control systems.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults quickly and efficiently.
Work on swing gates, sliding gates, rising arm barriers, motors, control panels, and safety devices.
Carry out routine maintenance and respond to reactive call-outs.
Deliver excellent customer service and clear technical communication at all times.
What We're Looking For
2-3+ years' experience working with automated gates and barriers.
Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding ability.
Confident working on swing/sliding gates, barriers, and associated controls.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
DHF, Gate Safe, or CSCS certifications (desirable, not essential).
A proactive attitude, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
