Automation Engineer - Ignition SCADA - Remote - Contract
Contract: 6 months (potential to go permanent)
Experience: 3-5 years
We're looking for an Automation Engineer with hands-on Ignition SCADA expertise to drive global pharmaceutical projects. You'll lead deployments, optimise systems, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise platforms, while championing best practices and compliance.
What You'll Do
Deploy and standardise Ignition SCADA solutions across multiple sites.
Maintain global templates for consistent, efficient rollouts.
Integrate SCADA with ERP, MES, LIMS, and other enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot, optimise, and keep systems running at peak performance.
Train local teams and enforce engineering standards.
What You Bring
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
3-5 years in pharma automation projects with Ignition SCADA expertise.
Knowledge of GMP/FDA regulations.
Experience linking SCADA to enterprise platforms (ERP, MES, SQL).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.Why Join?
