Are you an electrically or mechanically skilled engineer who thrives in fast-paced warehouse environments?

Join the Logistex on-site engineering team, where you'll be responsible for providing both electrical and mechanical maintenance support across automated material handling equipment. You'll help ensure systems are maintained to the highest standards.

What you will be doing as Automation Engineer
  * Carrying out preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on high-level pallet-handling cranes
  * Supporting day-to-day site operations working alongside the client's maintenance team
  * Recording maintenance activity, materials, and error reports within the CMMS
  * Ensuring spare parts are organised, tracked, and replenished
  * Assisting with breakdowns and reactive engineering tasks
  * Supporting Health & Safety compliance and identifying risks
  * Helping drive continuous improvement initiatives on site
What do we need from you?
  * City & Guilds, NVQ, BTEC, HNC or equivalent in electrical or mechanical engineering
  * Experience working with automated or warehouse equipment
  * Strong understanding of planned and reactive maintenance
  * Comfortable working at height (training provided)
  * Familiar with CMMS systems
  * Able to work independently and solve problems proactively
