Automation Project Manager

Clear is looking for a Building Automation Engineer who thrives in leading complex projects from concept to completion. You'll be responsible for managing the design, coordination, and implementation of advanced automation systems across commercial buildings, hospitals, data centres, and other high-profile facilities. Your role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards, while effectively managing teams, stakeholders, schedules, and budgets. You will be the central point of accountability for project success, resolving technical challenges and driving seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design and delivery of building automation solutions, ensuring projects meet specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Manage system architectures, control strategies, and engineering documentation across teams.
Oversee programming, FAT, installation, commissioning, and integration of automation systems.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure reliable, optimised, and on-time project delivery.
Desired Experience:
Proven experience in building automation, BMS, HVAC controls or similar.
Strong troubleshooting skills and an eye for detail.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Norwegian and English language skills (both ideal).
