What You’ll Do:
* Lead the aftersales team across Service, Parts, and Workshop departments to deliver outstanding customer service.

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless aftersales operations.
* Monitor budgets and financial performance to identify growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in aftersales management within the automotive industry.
* Experience with commercial vehicles is a strong advantage.
* Proven leadership skills with a passion for team development.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
