We have a fantastic opportunity at Wiltshire College & University Centre for a dedicated and enthusiastic Lecturer in Automotive to join our Salisbury campus on a permanent basis, working 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday, 30 hours).

What You'll Do:
As a Lecturer in Automotive, you'll play a vital role in delivering our Level 1, 2, and 3 Automotive programmes, ensuring students gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on, practical skills to succeed in this fast-moving sector.

Inspire and Educate

Engage and Motivate
Deliver high-quality, practical and theory-based lessons that resonate with learners.
Innovate
Design dynamic lesson plans and schemes of work that reflect the latest in automotive technology and practice.
Support
Guide and mentor students, helping them to reach their potential both academically and professionally.
What We're Looking For:
Level 3 Qualification in Motor Vehicle (Essential)
A passion for education and the development of young talent
A recognised teaching qualification (desirable, or a willingness to work towards one)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of learners
