Location: Coventry
Salary: £34,000 - £44,000
Rotating Shifts:
AM – 6:00am till 14:00pm and early finish on Friday at 13:10pm
PM – 14:00pm till 22:30pm and early finish on Friday at 18:20pm

As the Automotive Manufacturing Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the manufacturing operations within our client's Coventry facility. You will lead a team of 35 skilled professionals, ensuring that production meets quality standards and operational efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
The Role:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production staff, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including scheduling, workflow optimisation, and task delegation to meet production targets.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Identify areas for process enhancements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
Promote a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and leading by example.
Monitor production metrics and analyse data to track efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and report progress to senior management.
Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to automotive manufacturing processes.What we are looking for:
Proven experience in a leadership role within automotive manufacturing or a related field.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
Proficient in analysing production data and using it to drive decision-making.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations within an industrial environment.
A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.What’s on Offer:
