The Role
As an Automotive Programme Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering and managing apprenticeship programmes. Working across the Leicester and Wolverhampton training centres—with occasional national travel—you'll:
*
Deliver engaging and effective classroom, remote, and workshop training
*
Lead and support delivery teams to ensure high standards and learner progression
*
Plan curriculum delivery and maintain resource readiness
*
Work closely with employers to meet agreed SLAs and KPIs
*
Monitor programme performance and proactively address risks
*
Support apprentices in achieving both technical excellence and professional growth
Ideal Candidate
You’ll be a confident and skilled automotive professional with a strong background in both the trade and in teaching or coaching. You're someone who:

Holds recognised qualifications in automotive, teaching, coaching, and safeguarding
*
Understands apprenticeship standards and the end-point assessment process
*
Communicates clearly and motivates others with enthusiasm
*
Is comfortable managing programmes, data, and performance outcomes
*
Embraces flexibility and is committed to continuous improvement
*
Has a valid UK driving licence and is willing to travel nationally
