Project Manager (Automotive / Logistics)
Redditch | Competitive salary | Full-time, office-based
Our prestigious client are looking for an experienced Project / Launch Manager to join a leading automotive operation in Redditch. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a proven background in the automotive sector.
What you’ll do:
* Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
* Create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
* Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers for smooth execution
* Manage client and stakeholder relationships at all levels
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver customer value
* Perform risk management and resolve project challenges quickly
The ideal candidate will have:
* 10+ years’ experience in the automotive sector OR similar
* Strong project management and logistics background
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Customer-facing, natural leader with a proactive mindset
* Continuous improvement experience (essential)
Hours
* Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
