Automotive Service Advisor – Main Dealer
Tunbridge Wells Area
Basic Salary: £30,000 | OTE: £36,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm
No Weekends | 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor to join a well-established main dealer in the Tunbridge Wells area. This is a great chance to step into a fast-paced, customer-focused role within a professional dealership environment offering strong earnings potential and a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the key point of contact for customers requiring servicing or repairs
* Providing excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
* Liaising with workshop technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle updates
* Upselling additional work and service plans where appropriate
* Managing bookings, job cards, and invoicing with attention to detail
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a Service Advisor or similar front-of-house role within the motor trade
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Experience in a main dealer environment is highly desirable
* A proactive, customer-first mindset with a professional approach
