Automotive Service Advisor – Belvedere Area
£33,000 – £35,000 Basic + Annual KPI Bonus | Monday–Friday | 1 in 3 Saturdays | Motor Trade
Our client, a reputable and customer-focused motor trade business in the Belvedere area, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their professional and friendly team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual who thrives in a busy aftersales environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
The Role:
* Acting as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.
* Managing bookings, job progress, and customer updates efficiently and accurately.
* Advising customers on service and repair requirements, providing clear explanations and accurate costings.
* Working closely with technicians and management to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Supporting the wider team to achieve performance targets and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
Hours & Benefits:
* Working pattern:
* Two weeks: 07:00 – 17:00
* One week: 09:00 – 19:00
* 1 in 3 Saturdays: 08:00 – 12:00
* Some flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.
* Salary: £33,000 – £35,000 basic + £2,000 annual KPI-driven bonus.
* Holidays: 22 days per year (plus bank holidays).
About You:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is essential.
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with a genuine passion for customer service.
* Ability to manage a busy workload and maintain accuracy under pressure.
* A proactive, professional, and positive approach to teamwork and customer care.
