Automotive Service Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a highly regarded prestige main dealer based in Tonbridge. This is an excellent chance for a driven and customer-focused individual to become part of a professional, high-performing service team, representing a premium brand and delivering a first-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

  * Act as the main point of contact for customers within the service department

  * Manage bookings, job cards, and customer updates throughout the service process

  * Deliver a consistently high level of customer service in line with a prestige brand

  * Upsell additional work and services where appropriate

  * Liaise with workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion

  * Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

Requirements

  * Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential

  * Full clean UK driving license

  * Smart and professional appearance

  * Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude

  * Strong communication and organisational skills

  * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits

  * Basic Salary: £28,000 – £30,000

  * OTE: £35,000 – £36,000

  * Hours: 08:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday (30-minute break), Saturdays: 1 in 2, 08:00 – 13:00

  * Manufacturer and in-house training provided

  * Company pension scheme

  * Car scheme eligibility
