Automotive Service Advisor

Monday to Friday, No Weekends!

Basic £30,000 + Bonus Scheme!

A strong opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join an established main dealer in Bromley, offering a £30,000 basic salary, average earnings of £35,000 and a Monday–Friday working week. The role suits someone who already understands the pace and standards of a main dealer and wants a solid opportunity with no weekend working.

Responsibilities

  * Managing customers throughout the service and repair process

  * Booking vehicles into the workshop and keeping customers updated

  * Advising customers on servicing, repairs and additional work

  * Liaising closely with the workshop and technicians

  * Preparing job cards, estimates and invoices

  * Delivering a high level of customer service while working to dealership targets

Requirements

  * Previous main dealer Service Advisor experience

  * Full UK driving licence

  * Strong customer service and communication skills

  * Organised, confident and able to work in a busy aftersales environment

  * A professional approach and good attention to detail

Salary and Benefits

  * £30,000 basic salary + bonus

  * Average earnings of £35,000

  * Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm, no weekend working

  * Established main dealer environment
