Service Advisor
£38,000+ OTE!
Monday–Friday, No Weekends!
Main Franchise Dealer
South Croydon
A well-established main dealership in the Croydon area is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their Aftersales team. This is a full-time, permanent role with no weekend work and exceptional pay.
The Role:
* Greet and support customers throughout the service process
* Liaise with the workshop team to ensure smooth communication and updates
* Provide clear advice on services, repairs, and costs
* Maintain accurate records and deliver excellent customer care
What You’ll Need:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Service Advisor or similar role
* Kerridge or other DMS experience is a plus but not essential
* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
* Highly organised and confident working as part of a team
* A genuine focus on customer satisfaction
What’s on Offer:

* Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm. No weekends!
