Automotive Service Advisor
Basic Salary to £32,000
Bonus £7,000 pa

Our client, a respected main dealership in the Eastbourne area, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and friendly service team.
💰 What’s in it for you?

£28,000 – £32,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
*
Up to £7,000 annual bonus
*
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
*
1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:00am – 12:00pm (paid as overtime)
*
25 days holiday + bank holidays

🚗 Key Responsibilities:
*
Welcome customers to the service department in a professional and approachable manner
*
Book appointments, manage service schedules, and provide regular updates
*
Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure timely and accurate communication
*
Ensure every customer receives a seamless and high-quality service experience
✅ About You:
*
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Customer Service Advisor in the motor trade
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
*
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
*
Full UK driving licence preferred
