Service Advisor – Main Dealership | Ashford 🌟
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 basic (negotiable) + uncapped bonus (average £6,000/year)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm (1-hour lunch)
Saturdays: Contracted 1 in 3 (8am–1pm) – not currently active for 5+ years
Location: Ashford, Kent
We’re currently seeking a talented and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our welcoming and professional team at our main dealership in Ashford. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, and enjoy working as part of a friendly, driven team — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Acting as the key point of contact for service customers
Booking vehicles in for service and repair
Liaising between customers and the workshop
Upselling additional work where appropriate
Ensuring an efficient, premium level of service is delivered at every stageWhat’s On Offer:
