Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy accident repair centre in High Wycombe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to work in a professional environment providing excellent customer service within a leading automotive group.
Key Responsibilities
* Book in vehicles for service and repair work.
* Liaise with workshop staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
* Keep customers informed on progress and any additional work required.
* Prepare invoices, take payments, and hand over completed vehicles.
* Maintain high standards of customer care throughout the process.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a busy dealership environment.
* Good understanding of automotive systems and service processes.
* Full UK driving licence.
