🚗 Service Advisor – Independent Garage | Haslemere Area
Basic Salary: Up to £35,000
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:30pm | Saturday mornings on a rota
Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer service in the automotive world? Do you thrive in a friendly, down-to-earth team environment where your input matters?
We’re a well-established independent garage in the Haslemere area, known for our loyal customer base, quality workmanship, and approachable team culture. We're now looking for an experienced Service Advisor to be the face of our customer service – someone who can build trust, communicate clearly, and keep everything running smoothly from drop-off to pick-up.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
* Liaising between customers and technicians to ensure clear communication
* Preparing job cards, estimates, and invoices
* Offering updates and advice on repairs and services
* Supporting the day-to-day running of the front desk
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a service advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, friendly attitude – someone who’s great with people
* Good working knowledge of the motor trade (independent garage experience a plus)
