Motor Trade Service Manager - Main Dealer
Southampton | Mon-Fri Only | No Weekends
Basic £45,000-£50,000 + £15,000 Bonus | Company Car
Are you an experienced Service Manager from the motor trade looking for your next career move?

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 20 service staff, including service advisors, technicians, and support roles
*
Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service department
*
Drive performance in customer satisfaction, workshop efficiency, and overall profitability
*
Monitor workshop productivity and implement process improvements
*
Deliver excellent customer experiences and build strong relationships
*
Report on KPIs and collaborate with senior management to achieve business goals
Requirements:
*
Previous experience as a Service Manager in the motor trade (main dealer experience preferred)
*
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a large team
*
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
*
Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills
*
Full UK driving licence is essential
