Automotive Workshop Manager - High Performing Independent Garage
Location: Henley-on-Thames
Salary: £40,000/£45,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard

Lead, motivate, and support a team of skilled technicians

Requirements:

Proven experience in a workshop or service manager role within the automotive industry

Full UK driving licence
