Are you an AV Engineer looking for a varied and exciting field based role for an award-winning Audio Visual specialist undergoing rapid expansion, offering full autonomy to make the role your own, with ongoing development and progression opportunities as the company grows?
Exciting opportunity for an AV / Networking engineer to step into a field-based role across premium residential & commercial sites-own networks, keep systems flying, and grow with a fast-scaling specialist. The company are looking for their next leaders so it is the perfect time to get on board.
The role
Provide field-based maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades for high-end AV and networking systems.
Diagnose and resolve control, network, and distribution issues (audio, video, VLAN, IP, Wi-Fi, automation platforms).
Deliver scheduled visits and reactive support, ensuring seamless system performance and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the wider project and service teams across residential and commercial environments.
Maintain detailed documentation and uphold exceptional client service standards.You'll need
Background in AV, Home Automation, Commercial Integration, or Networking / IT Infrastructure.
Knowledge of AV and networking protocols (VLANs, routers, switches, IP config).
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide (occasional European projects). Benefits
£35,000-£45,000 base (negotiable based on experience).
