About the Role
This role is ideal for an experienced AV Engineer who enjoys both technical problem-solving and hands-on implementation. Working closely with creative, technical, and production teams, the role involves designing, installing, and maintaining AV systems that bring interactive experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, install, and configure AV hardware, including projectors, LED walls, sound systems, and control systems.
* Collaborate with designers, developers, and technical specialists to integrate AV solutions into interactive spaces.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure seamless performance.
* Support live events and interactive activations, performing on-site maintenance and technical checks.
* Work with DMA, Art-Net, and media servers (e.g., Disguise, Resolume, Green Hippo) to power digital content.
* Stay ahead of the latest AV and immersive technology trends to help refine future projects.
What’s Required
* Proven experience in AV engineering, ideally within experiential, retail, events, or corporate environments.
* Strong technical knowledge of AV hardware, control systems (Crestron, AMX, or Extron), and networking principles.
* Hands-on experience with LED walls, projection mapping, and interactive displays.
* Experience with DMA, Art-Net, and media servers is highly desirable.
* Ability to interpret technical schematics and floor plans.
* Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach to troubleshooting.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
