Lighting Installer - High End Lighting Control Systems
Based in Yorkshire (covering projects UK wide)
£25,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) + Vehicle + Fuel Card + Private Healthcare

We're representing a multi award winning Lighting specialist recognised across the UK for designing and delivering exceptional lighting control systems for luxury residential and commercial environments.
They're looking for an Audio Visual or Lighting Installer who's ready to take the next step, someone hands on, driven, and eager to develop into a Project Management role over time.

The Role
You'll start by working within a talented installation team, learning advanced lighting control systems and installation standards. Over time, you'll take on more project ownership, supporting clients directly and managing smaller jobs before progressing into full Project Management responsibility.
Your day to day will include:
Installing lighting control panels and cabling to a high standard.
Supporting commissioning and integration of lighting systems (training provided).
Liaising directly with clients, contractors, and project managers.
Taking ownership of smaller installations, acting as a Project Engineer.
Over time, developing into a Project Manager, leading projects from concept to completion.
The role involves UK travel, with typically 3-5 nights away per month (all expenses covered).
The Person
Experience installing lighting, electrical, or AV systems.
Practical knowledge of cabling, wiring, fault-finding, and electrical drawings.
Ambitious and eager to progress into project leadership or management.
Professional, reliable, and client facing, someone who represents the company well on site.
Full UK driving licence.
Prior experience with Lutron, Control4, or KNX systems is beneficial, but not essential.
