Peterborough
£35,000 - £38,000 + (OTE £44,000) + Van & Fuel Card + Ongoing Training + Progression Opportunities
An exciting opportunity for an experienced AV Technician to join a highly motivated and growing team within a respected technology integration company. This is a chance to work on varied and technically engaging projects across AV, CCTV, and Access Control systems while progressing your career within a supportive and expanding business.
The AV Technician will report directly to the department manager, taking ownership of assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality installations, safe working practices, and excellent customer service. You'll have access to continuous training, modern tools, and the chance to grow with a company that values its people and delivers innovative solutions to a broad client base.
Your Role as an AV Technician will include:
Managing assigned projects through to completion while maintaining company & client H&S standards
Installing and commissioning a range of Audio Visual, Video Conferencing, CCTV & Access Control systems
Following statutory requirements (RAMS, PPE usage, reporting of incidents/near misses)
The successful AV Technician will need:
Previous experience within audio visual systems
Understanding of CCTV & Access Control systems
Able to travel and stay away when needed
