Awake Night Residential Support Worker – Full-Time
📍 Location: Hoddesdon (EN11)
💰 Salary: £12.50 – £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
🕒 Hours: Full-Time – Waking Night Shifts

Minerva Recruitment are recruiting Awake Night Residential Support Workers for an Ofsted-registered children’s home in Hoddesdon. Join a supportive team where your care and dedication help children feel safe, secure, and supported around the clock.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Provide care and support to children and young people during night hours
Ensure safety and wellbeing throughout the night
Support emotional needs and help maintain routines
Observe, record, and report any changes in behaviour, health, or emotional state
Assist with personal care if required
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals✅ Candidate Requirements
Experience in a residential children’s home, supported living, or similar environment is preferred
Entry-level candidates with a genuine passion for helping young people are welcome
NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with young people
Full UK driving licence is essential
