Job Description
Steele Charles is delighted to be supporting a leading name in the rotary aviation sector in the search for an experienced B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join their team at their Kent facility.

✈️ Key Requirements:
*
UK CAA Part 66 B1.3 License (preferred)
*
Type rating on one or more of the following aircraft:
*
AW169
*
AW109
*
AW139
*
Type training may be available for the right candidate
*
Right to work in the UK
(Sponsorship may be considered for exceptional candidates)
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
*
Certify aircraft maintenance tasks in accordance with company authorisations and regulatory approvals
*
Conduct line and base maintenance at the Kent facility and off-site locations as required
*
Perform all maintenance activities to the highest safety and compliance standards
*
Provide clear and timely engineering updates to senior maintenance leadership
*
Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational efficiency
*
Supervise and support junior engineers and technical staff
*
Ensure compliance with UK CAA, EASA, and other relevant regulatory standards
*
Stay up to date with CPD requirements as per company and industry expectations
*
Take ownership of maintenance planning and task execution
*
Use Microsoft-based systems and digital tools to document and track maintenance work
