PR Account Executive - B2B Tech

Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home) - Berkshire area
£28,000 - £30,000 + benefits

I'm currently working with a growing, high-performing PR agency that specialises in B2B technology clients. They're looking to bring on a PR Account Executive to support a range of exciting accounts across sectors including AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital technology.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ year of PR experience who's looking to gain broader exposure across multiple clients and take on more responsibility in a fast-paced agency environment.

The Role
 You'll work across a portfolio of innovative tech clients, playing a hands-on role in media relations, content creation, and campaign delivery. This is a varied position where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who enjoys being proactive and commercially aware.

You'll be involved in:

Identifying reactive PR opportunities within the news cycle

Creating engaging written content across multiple formats

Driving media outreach and building journalist relationships

Supporting wider campaign planning and execution

Key Responsibilities

Media Relations & Content

Monitor the news agenda to spot opportunities for client commentary

Write press releases, thought leadership articles, features, and blogs

Lead on media pitching and securing coverage

Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists

Reporting & Campaign Support

Track, analyse, and report on media coverage

Compile monthly and campaign performance reports with key insights

Support account teams with campaign planning and delivery

Assist with event coordination where required

Client Management

Support with client communications and day-to-day account handling

Provide updates, insights, and recommendations on activity

Work closely with senior team members to ensure high-quality delivery

About You

Minimum 1 year's experience in PR (agency or in-house)

Strong writing skills with experience creating PR content

Proactive mindset with a strong interest in news and media

Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Confident communicator, both written and verbal

Experience using tools like Cision or ResponseSource is a bonus
