Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Room Leader to join our welcoming nursery in Dalston. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate childcare professional to take the lead in our Baby Room and play a key role in shaping the very first stages of learning and development.

As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. You will inspire your team by leading through example, encouraging best practice, and ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. Working closely with families, you will build strong relationships that support both the children and their parents during this important stage of development.
We are proud to offer a competitive package that includes:
* Salary starting from £31,000
* 36 hours per week, across 5 days, between 8:50am – 6:00pm
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

The ideal Room Leader will hold a Level 3 qualification or higher in Early Years, with sound knowledge of the EYFS framework. You will have prior experience leading a room within a nursery setting, along with excellent communication and organisational skills. Most importantly, you will have a genuine passion for working with babies and helping them reach their full potential.
