Simply Education - Baby Room Lead Needed (Permanent Role - Boston Area)
Simply Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded nursery on the outskirts of Boston, seeking a dedicated and experienced Baby Room Lead for a permanent full-time position.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional to take on a leadership role within the baby room, supporting a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0-2 years.
Key Details:
Position: Baby Room Lead (Permanent)
Location: Outskirts of Boston, Lincolnshire
Hours: Full-time, rotating shifts between 7:00am and 6:00pm
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Start Date: ASAP
What We're Looking For:
A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years or Childcare
Significant experience working with babies in a nursery setting
Previous leadership or senior practitioner experience (preferred)
A caring, confident, and organised approach
Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
The ability to lead a small team and support staff development
