Backshift Operator
Ardgay, Highlands
£12.50 per hour, rising to £13.00 after training
Monday to Friday, 3pm – 10pm (flexible start/finish times)
Are you looking for steady work with great hours and a supportive team? We’re recruiting for a Backshift Operator to join a well-established food manufacturing company based in Ardgay.
Due to the location, this role is best suited to someone local or with access to transport.
What you’ll be doing:

Unloading vans and handling incoming goods
*
Cleaning and maintaining production lines to high standards
*
Supporting general backshift operations as needed
What we’re looking for:

A reliable, hands-on individual with good attention to detail
*
Able to work independently and as part of a team
*
Previous experience in a food or manufacturing environment is a bonus – but not essential
Hours & Pay:
*
Monday to Friday, 3pm – 10pm, with some flexibility available
*
Starting at £12.50 per hour, rising to £13.00 once fully trained
