Responsibilities
* Prepare, mix, and bake various breads and handcrafted dough-based products according to established recipes and production standards.
* Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
* Ensure consistent product quality through careful monitoring of baking times, temperatures, and ingredient ratios.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and timely completion of baking schedules.
* Assist in inventory checks and ingredient management as needed.
* Participate in the creation of new recipes and seasonal offerings.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a baker or in a similar food production role is essential.
* Strong knowledge of bread-making, dough preparation, and baking techniques.
* Familiarity with bakery operations, food safety, and sanitation standards.
