About the Bakery NPD Technologist job
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent food science graduate to play a key role in the NPD process, guiding projects from initial concept through to successful launch.
Key tasks
* Develop ideas, create recipes, source new materials, and write product specifications.
* Collaborate with production teams; attend customer presentations, project meetings, and factory trials.
* Conduct shelf-life assessments, quality taste panels, and contribute to idea generation.
* Liaise with customers and carry out application work, ensuring cleanliness and good housekeeping in all work areas.
About You
* The successful candidate shall ideally be a recent Bakery Science graduate (or similar relevance) and have a high passion for food and flavours, with an open approach to innovation, processes, and concepts.
